10th grade Black History Month Project (7th and 8th periods)

You will need to copy and paste this link into your browser. Then, you will need to click the headline, then click the text which says, "Read the full text of the Times article."

Your paper should be 3-5 pages, Times New Roman 12pt font, not including a one-page bibliography in APA style. You need to use one of these articles, plus another related newspaper article and a secondary source, both of which you need to find on your own, using the internet. Your assignment is to come up with a thesis based on what you've read, and to write a paper demonstrating how the article you read affects the way we live now. This project is due on Feb 29.
