Homework for April 8

First and second period:
Research the name of the character/allusion you were assigned in class. How can you strengthen your theme with this information? Write a theme connected with this character in a paragraph for homework.

Fifth period:
Read chapter 17. REAP log, quote, page 154, plus REAP log, any quote, chapter 17. Give examples of evidence used in the Tom Robinson case. Do you believe this evidence? Why or why not?

Ninth period: Same as fifth period, except REAP logs should be on chapters 17 and 18, and you should have read through chapter 18 for Thursday's class.

Seventh and eighth periods:
Read "1940." What happens to Sula in 1939 and 1940? How do you feel about this in regards to Sula as a character?
